Chefs Dominica and Sebastian Falcon met in pastry school in 2008. Their friendship began with a love for the artisan craft of baking, pastry, and the wide culinary world. Since then, they have worked in some of America’s most celebrated restaurants (The HerbFarm, Gramercy Tavern, Canlis), and with world-class chocolatiers (Gustaf Mabrok, Christopher Elbow). Their style of cuisine draws from classic technique blending PNW bounty with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors. While developing their culinary perspective, they also spent more than six years in vocational ministry, creating space for fellowship and the exploration of faith over meals. Their passion is for guests to experience genuine connection between one another over soulful, wholesome, and excellent food.
What started as a friendship in 2008 became a marriage, ministry and culinary journey. Seb and Nica have been married for nearly 15 years and have two wonderful children, Abraham and Elaina.
